Privacy Policy — Finance Tycoon

1. Data we DO NOT collect

Finance Tycoon is an offline-first game. We DO NOT collect:

• Email, name, or any personally identifiable information
• GPS location
• Contacts, photos, or files on your device
• Usage history outside the device

2. Data we DO collect (only when you buy IAP)

If you decide to buy diamond packs, Apple processes the payment. We do NOT see payment data — we only receive purchase confirmation via StoreKit.

The transaction identifier (anonymous) and the SKU purchased are the only associated metadata.

3. Ads (free version)

In the free version we may show rewarded ads via AdMob. You may:

• Watch the ad + claim reward (voluntary)
• Skip the ad and keep playing without reward

AdMob may collect IDFA / GAID to personalize ads. You can opt out in iOS Settings (Limit Ad Tracking) or Android (Opt out of Ads Personalization).

4. Local storage

Your progress is saved to local browser storage (web) or NSUserDefaults / SharedPreferences (mobile). It is NOT uploaded to our servers.

5. Cloud save (optional, future)

A future version will allow syncing between devices via Cloudflare Worker + D1. If you enable this feature, the minimum required data (cash, reputation, achievements) will be uploaded encrypted with your Apple ID / Google ID as a derived key.

6. Children

The game has a 4+ rating on the App Store. We DO NOT collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We will notify you via in-game update if we change this policy. Continued use implies acceptance.
